Brandt Snedeker is the pride of Nashville golf. He was born in Nashville and played golf collegiately at Vanderbilt. Brandt and his wife Many recently established a golf scholarship at the university as a way of giving back. Snedeker has won a total of eight PGA Tour events as of 2018. His first came at the Wyndham Championship in 2007. He beat K.J. Choi by one stroke at the 2016 Farmers Insurance Open, his last win on the tour.
